Location

Located 10 kms north of Ernakulam city and 20 kms south of Nedumbassery International Air port, on about 180 acres in Thrikkakara, the main campus is serene and beautiful. Rolling hills with patches of thick green and planted trees, plenty of fresh air and sunshine lift the spirits of students, staff and faculty.

The Lakeside campus is located in the heart of Cochin City, by the side of the sea, and houses School of Marine Sciences, School of Industrial Fisheries and men's hostel. Proximity to the sea and infrastructural facilities like a jetty, several sea-going vessels provide an environment and facilities essential for marine and related science studies.

The Pulinkunnu Campus is located about 60 km to the south, in Kuttanad, famous for its paddy cultivation below sea-level, which symbolizes Kerala's serene, picturesque backwaters and rolling paddy fields.

Climate is humid with rainy season between June and October. Cottonware is preferred throughout the year. The temperature rises to 35 Degrees in summers and dips to 25 degrees in winter.
