NOTICE – REFUND OF FEES – CAT 2017

Refund of fee of discontinued and not reported  students:

The refund of fee of the candidates who have cancelled their admission from various B.Tech. Programmes/MSc. Photonics/B.LET (CAT 2017) have been sanctioned by the University. On the basis of request the amount will be transferred by NEFT/Cheques as applicable and expect to complete the work on or before 30th  October 2017. Those who have not submitted the Pre-stamped receipt at the time of cancellation of admission should submit the same along with original fee payment chalan to "The Director, IRAA, CUSAT, Kochi – 682022 for taking steps for  the refund.

Excess fee refund:

The University order regarding the refund of excess fee remitted by the B.Tech. students is also published.   Eligible students should submit the pre-stamped receipt to the Department concerned for getting the refund amount.

Refund of  fee of the  Academic Programmes other than B.Tech/MSc. Photonics/B.LET :

Candidates are  requested to contact the concerned Department.  The sanction order in this regard will be issued from the Academic Wing of the University and there after the amount will be refunded from the departments concerned from were the candidate has discontinued the course.  Contact nos. are available at http://www.cusat.ac.in/intercom.php
